Find mental health support within your community that suits your needs. Your visits will be kept strictly confidential, so you don’t have to worry about keeping things private.

If You’re Not Sure

You can reach out to a Community Outreach Team, the first-stop touchpoint for mental health support. The teams can help identify your mental health needs, provide emotional support, and link you to other services. CREST is fully funded by the government and there is no out-of-pocket cost.

If You Need a Counsellor/Therapist

You can reach out to a Community Intervention Team (COMIT) where qualified mental health professionals will support you with therapy and counselling. COMIT is fully funded by the government and there is no out-of-pocket cost.

If You Want to Seek Medical Support

You may visit a General Practitioner (GP) or a Polyclinic who can alleviate your symptoms with medication, or refer you to the right specialist for long-term care. Consultation costs may vary between clinics, so you should approach your respective GP or Polyclinic for more information on their fees.

Call or email CREST/COMIT and they will arrange an appointment with you within 3 working days, then provide support within the next 14 working days.

For GPs, call ahead to make an appointment before your visit.

For polyclinics, you can make an appointment for consultation through Healthhub.
